Data we process

First name, last name, email address and country supplied to receive MAAP updates. Mailchimp may retain signup, confirmation, unsubscribe and technical security records. We do not ask whether you are a professional or a private customer.

Purpose and legal basis

With your consent, we manage the launch list and send news, stories about the pieces and marketing communications from MAAP. You can withdraw consent using the unsubscribe link in each email, without affecting earlier lawful processing. Data is kept while your subscription is active, with minimum compliance and suppression records retained where necessary afterwards.

Mailchimp and recipients

The form sends your data to Mailchimp, a service of The Rocket Science Group LLC (Intuit group), to manage subscriptions and communications. Providers may process data outside the European Economic Area under the applicable safeguards described in its Data Processing Addendum. Data may also be disclosed to authorities where required by law.

Email measurement

If campaign reporting is enabled, Mailchimp may record email opens and clicks. We do not make automated decisions with legal effects. Actual reporting settings and any additional segmentation must be reviewed before the first campaign.

Your rights

You may request access, rectification, deletion, restriction and portability where applicable, object to marketing and withdraw consent. The privacy contact must be confirmed before publication. You may also complain to the Spanish Data Protection Agency.

Security and minors

The list is intended for adults aged 18 or over. Appropriate technical and organisational safeguards and restricted access to personal data must be maintained. This policy will be reviewed before introducing purchases or new processing purposes.
